Orient-Express is pleased to announce that it has completed a substantial $20 million refurbishment of the main building of the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The project began in 2011 and has just been completed to include an expanded lobby as well as expanded and enhanced guestrooms and a Cipriani restaurant. As part of the renovations, Copacabana Palace has also introduced two new boutiques inspired by the energy and spirit of Rio, in partnership with retail management firm, Seaside Luxe.
